  • We are always happy to work with many different architects and builders. We love collaborating with new individuals and businesses and work very well with architects and builders throughout the design process. The earlier we are brought into the project, the better, as we often have unique ideas that can enhance the layout if the client is still in the architectural design phase.

  • Absolutely. Our goal is to complete and elevate your new or existing spaces. We often incorporate the items that mean most to our clients, whether they are family heirlooms or just their favorite pieces. We can reuse, recover, restyle, or repurpose the items that make you and your family who you are, ultimately creating a space that feels uniquely you while beautifully elevated.

  • The type of project dictates the type of pricing structure, although all pricing structures are based on the same hourly rate. We have new construction packages to choose from for new builds. Since remodels are typically very unique, we create custom renovation packages specifically for larger remodel projects. Furnishings and decor can be billed hourly when appropriate or can be part of a package upon request. Payment installment schedules are provided at the start of each new construction and renovation project.

  • Yes. We work with receiving warehouses that safely store your furnishings locally. We like to keep all of your items purchased through Virginia Lane Studio together, with your name on them, stored safely until it is time for your delivery. Our movers will deliver your items through a white glove service, putting all items in place and removing all packaging materials when they leave. Storage for items purchased through Virginia Lane Studio is paid for by Virginia Lane Studio while the client is responsible for the (typically one-time) delivery charge from the moving company. Any items that arrive damaged will be refused by the receiving warehouse and a claim will be filed by Virginia Lane Studio, upon which the item will be replaced. We have an excellent working relationship with our receiving warehouses!

  • We would love for you to come shopping in our showroom! We have 2600 square feet of retail space in Magnolia, Texas with beautiful items ready to purchase and carry out the same day. We do ask that clients make appointments to shop so that we can be sure that we are not away on an install or at a meeting off-site when you are wanting to shop. We look forward to seeing you there and we know that you will love the vast amount of furnishings, lighting, artwork, and accessories on our showroom floor.
